When we think about having epic sex sometimes we get too concerned with what our body has or lacks and not what our body CAN DO.
Or at the very least be able to hold your own with basic missionary!
Chiropractic can help to increase range of motion, flexibility, balance, coordination, and even reaction times and speed. It can help keep joints healthy, and improve the condition of the entire musculoskeletal system. You probably don’t need the flexibility of a gymnast or the range of motion of a star athlete, but everyone could stand to be a little more flexible, with healthier joints, particularly as we age – source

Scientific research published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research shows significant improvement in breathing capacity following subluxation (joint dysfunction) correction in the upper neck. These corrections were made by specific chiropractic adjustments. The study utilized spirometric measurements involving both forced vital capacity (FVC) — the amount of air a person can breathe in — and forced expiratory volume (FEV1) — the amount of air breathed out in one second. – source

Chiropractic adjustments to the spinal column have been scientifically proven to actually promote better sleep at night. As blockages and misalignments are corrected during manual manipulation chiropractic techniques, the body’s natural sleep wake cycle and circadian rhythm is restored so that the patient finds they are able to fall asleep faster, but they remain in a deeper sleep for a longer period of time, thus getting the deep rest their bodies truly need to wake up refreshed. – source
When the spine is out of alignment, the body must work harder to compensate. However, if chiropractic care is utilized regularly so that spinal health is improved, the body does not have to work so hard, and therefore is less tired and fatigued. – source
Chiropractic care has been linked with increased muscular strength. While it is often thought of as a way to relieve pain, it has been shown to effectively promote strength in the muscles after only a few sessions. This can help players avoid injury by combining the increase in strength with increased mobility. This also works to promote endurance and stamina.
There’s no way we can talk about sexual issues like erectile dysfunction (ED) or other arousal disorders without talking about cardiovascular health.
MRI scans reveal that cerebral spinal fluid and blood flow are markedly increased after a chiropractic adjustments. In 2007, George Bakris, the world expert on hypertension, published a study with a team of researchers in the Human Journal of Hypertension proving that one upper cervical chiropractic adjustment had the same effect as two blood pressure-lowering drugs. Even more fascinating, the effects of just one adjustment lasted more than six months!
Now recent research confirms that most men and women neglect to pay attention to a woman’s most powerful sex organ: the brain.
For men and women, there are four types of nerves responsible for sending information to the brain during an orgasm. The hypogastric nerve transmits signals from the uterus and the cervix in women, and from the prostate in men; the pelvic nerve transmits signals from the vagina and cervix in women, and from the rectum in both sexes; the pudendal nerve transmits from the clitoris in women, and from the scrotum and penis in men; and the vagus nerve transmits from the cervix, uterus, and vagina in women. -Source
A study presented at the International Research And Philosophy Symposium held at Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic demonstrated this brain boosting effect of chiropractic adjustments.(3) The study was conducted over a three year period with approximately 100 volunteers. Their brain functions were monitored with electroencephalograms (EEG) before and after chiropractic adjustments.
After receiving a chiropractic adjustment, post EEG scans revealed improvement in all areas of the volunteer’s brain function. Brain function is measured on four primary frequencies: Alpha, Beta, Theta and Delta. Alpha waves reflect the meditative, relaxing healing mode. Beta waves represent the active, busy brain. Theta waves reflect light sleep, relaxation and conceptual development. Delta waves represent the brain activity during deep sleep, repair mode and energy storage. Particularly, the researchers noticed an increase in the meditative Alpha brainwave patterns that are associated with a greater degree of relaxation, health and healing.-source
