Brandon Blevins, LMT
Brandon Blevins was trained at the highly reputable Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, FL graduating in 2017. Brandon believes in tailoring a massage to the individual needs of each client by using multiple modalities to get the best results possible.
Brandon is a compassionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a Certified Personal Trainer, who’s life mission is to help individuals achieve optimal health and wellness through a combination of education, nutritional counseling, bodywork, and physical and mental exercise. Brandon specializes in treating soft tissue injuries and soreness as well as back, knee and hip pain, frozen shoulder, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and chronic muscle tension patterns.
Brandon is also a certified Thai-Yoga massage Therapist–only one of two on Amelia Island! Thai massage is an ancient eastern medicine focused on opening the natural flow of energy throughout the body that can so often be blocked by the mental or physical stress of our daily routines. Thai massage is performed through a series of stretches that cover the entire body and includes deep-pressure point work to release tension and stimulate the body’s natural flow of Qi (chi). Brandon utilizes a variety of massage techniques to treat soft tissue injuries and nerve entrapped areas which prevent a person from participating in the lifestyle or activities they desire. Interweaving his knowledge of kinesiology, with focused deep tissue, call for motion, stretching and hot and cold therapy, Brandon combines specific deep tissue strokes with active movement and integrates various forms of hydrotherapy in his work.
Brandon loves his work and enjoys working with a motivated clientele that wants to expedite their own healing through massage and home care.
